Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, company name and website, country, optional WhatsApp number, your message, the products, collections and quantities you selected, and any file you choose to attach (PDF or image). If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in that message.

We use this information only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and continue the business conversation you started. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list without asking.

Inquiry shortlist

The “Inquiry shortlist” keeps the models you select in your own browser session so you can review them before sending an inquiry. It does not store your contact details and is not sent to us until you submit the inquiry form.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. We use these reports in aggregate to improve the website. Inquiries are stored in the website’s database and forwarded by email to our sales team. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the website and email, and with authorities where the law requires it. Because our team is based in China, information you send us will be processed in China.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for the business relationship and for our records, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
